Wearingeul makes great ink, everybody knows that! I currently have 7 bottles and a few samples. But Jane Eyre is the most complicated shader of all my inks. Is it pink or lavender or true purple? Yes, yes, and yes. It depends on the pen and the paper you choose! I’m finding it a perfect blend right now in my Pilot Custom 74 in London Fog lavender , it’s soft and feminine but quite legible. A beautiful pen and ink pairing that I will continue to use even through the winter.
