1. Sponsor

The One Year in Quiet Company First Anniversary Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Stationer's Emporium LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins November 5, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends December 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Online entries and qualifying purchases must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked between November 5 and December 7, 2026, and received by December 14, 2026.

The random drawing is scheduled for December 15, 2026.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater.

Owners, employees, and immediate family members of Stationer's Emporium LLC, and members of their households, are ineligible.

Participants must comply with these Official Rules. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter through the anniversary giveaway widget on stationersemporium.live or through the free mail-in method described in Section 5.

A. Online Registration

Eligible participants may register through SweepWidget to receive one (1) free entry.

Limit one registration per person. Multiple accounts or email addresses may not be used to circumvent entry limits.

B. Qualifying Purchases

Participants may earn one (1) entry for every complete $10 spent on qualifying merchandise purchased from Stationer's Emporium during the Sweepstakes Period.

Eligible purchase amounts are calculated after discounts and exclude shipping charges, taxes, and gift card purchases.

For example, a qualifying merchandise purchase of $25 earns two (2) entries.

Purchase entries are limited to one hundred (100) per person, corresponding to $1,000 in qualifying purchases.

Qualifying orders should use the same email address as the participant's giveaway registration to facilitate entry tracking.

Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent purchases do not qualify. Entries associated with partially refunded orders may be adjusted to reflect the remaining qualifying purchase amount.

A purchase is not required to enter or win. An equivalent opportunity to receive up to 100 entries is available through the free mail-in method.

C. Anniversary Guestbook

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry by completing the anniversary guestbook survey and entering the secret code displayed on the survey's confirmation page into the corresponding SweepWidget entry method.

The survey is hosted through Tally. The secret code must be submitted through SweepWidget to claim the entry.

Limit one guestbook entry per person.

Newsletter subscription is optional and does not affect eligibility or entry counts.

D. Daily Anniversary Entry

Registered participants may claim one (1) additional free entry per calendar day through the designated SweepWidget entry method during the Sweepstakes Period.

Unused daily entries do not carry forward.

E. Social Media Activities

Participants may earn additional entries by completing the eligible social media activities displayed in the giveaway widget.

Each activity's entry value, frequency, and verification requirements will be stated within SweepWidget.

Activities may include visiting designated Stationer's Emporium social media pages and other eligible actions.

Participants must comply with the terms and policies of the applicable social media platforms.

F. Share Your Emporium Finds

Participants may earn one (1) additional entry per calendar day by submitting a link to an eligible original public Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook post featuring a Stationer's Emporium order.

The post must include #StationersEmporiumGiveaway and clearly disclose that it is a giveaway entry.

Each submission must contain original content. Duplicate submissions and reposts do not qualify.

A positive review or favorable opinion is not required.

Eligible posts must remain publicly accessible through the drawing date for verification.

G. Referral Entries

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry for each eligible new participant who registers through their unique SweepWidget referral link.

Only genuine new registrations qualify. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated referrals, and fraudulent submissions are prohibited.

There is no predetermined maximum number of legitimate referral entries.

5. Letters to the Emporium — Free Mail-In Entry

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Participants may obtain up to one hundred (100) entries without making a purchase by submitting a handwritten entry request by mail.

To enter, legibly handwrite the following on an ordinary sheet of paper, stationery, or index card:

Full legal name
Complete mailing address
Email address
The phrase “One Year in Quiet Company”

Place the handwritten request in a properly addressed envelope with sufficient postage and mail it to:

One eligible handwritten request will receive one hundred (100) entries, subject to the combined purchase and mail-in entry limit described below.

Limit one mail-in request per person.

Participants are welcome to include a personal note, stationery story, drawing, or letter, but additional content is entirely optional. No special stationery, decoration, or minimum letter length is required.

Mail-in requests must be postmarked between November 5 and December 7, 2026, and received by December 14, 2026.

No online registration, social media account, purchase, or newsletter subscription is required to enter by mail.

All valid mail-in entries will be recorded by Sponsor and included in the same random drawing as eligible online entries.

Combined Purchase and Mail-In Entry Limit

Purchase-based and mail-in entries share a combined maximum of one hundred (100) entries per person.

If a participant qualifies for entries through both methods, the total credited through those methods may not exceed 100.

This combined limit does not include otherwise eligible registration, daily, guestbook, referral, or social media entries, which are subject to their separately stated limits.

All eligible entries have equal weight in the random drawing, regardless of entry method.

6. Prizes

Five (5) prizes will be awarded, with a combined approximate retail value of $645.

Each winner will receive an assortment of exclusive Stationer's Emporium stickers.

Approximate Retail Value: $15 per prize

Total Approximate Retail Value: $645

Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

If an advertised prize item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value.

Sponsor will cover standard shipping to eligible United States addresses.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing scheduled for December 15, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes will be drawn in the following order: Grand Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, Fourth Prize, and Fifth Prize.

Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize. Once selected for a prize, that participant will be excluded from subsequent prize drawings.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided with their entries.

Potential winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

If a potential winner does not respond, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

Winners may be publicly announced after eligibility has been verified and prizes accepted.

9. Prize Delivery

Sponsor will ship prizes to verified winners at no charge using a shipping service selected by Sponsor.

Prizes are expected to ship within thirty (30) days following winner verification, subject to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

10. Entry Verification and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and review entries for compliance with these Official Rules.

Entries may be disqualified if they are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise violate these rules.

Participants may not create multiple accounts, submit false information, or manipulate purchases, referrals, or social media activities to obtain unauthorized entries.

Sponsor will apply entry requirements and limits consistently.

11. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is organized and administered solely by Stationer's Emporium LLC.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Google, Esterbrook, Hobonichi, Dominant Industry, Tally, or SweepWidget.

By participating, entrants release these third-party platforms from liability arising from the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants must comply with applicable platform rules.

Participants retain ownership of their original social media content. Sponsor will obtain appropriate permission before using participant-created content for unrelated promotional purposes.

12. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and maintain necessary records.

Participants may voluntarily provide feedback or subscribe to Stationer's Emporium marketing communications.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Stationer's Emporium's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to address technical failures, fraud, or circumstances that materially compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily change material terms, prize allocations, entry limits, or winning odds after the Sweepstakes begins.

Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Winners List

After winners have been confirmed, a list of winners may be requested by emailing hello@stationersemporium.live.

Sponsor may limit the personal information disclosed to protect winners' privacy.
